Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Taipei. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service standards, overseeing hiring processes, maintaining effective communication, and managing food & beverage operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and effective Communication
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
