Take charge and shape Zenyum into one of Asia's most loved consumer brands working with an ambitious and smart cohort of customer success (sales) execs. As our Assistant Manager Sales Operations for Taiwan, you will be working hand by hand with the sales, marketing and partnerships team to drive excellence and growth across the organization.

Based in our Taiwan office, your day to day focus will be delivering actionable insights to enhance sales funnel operations, bridging the gaps between marketing, partnerships and sales team to achieve our targets, and drive business growth. Ensure our customers always wear a smile when thinking about Zenyum, by building the most charismatic and best-converting sales organization in Taiwan.

We'd love to see that:

  • Have previously worked in Sales in a professional capacity and have at least 4 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce or any other CRM, particularly in extracting and refining raw data and converting it into actionable insights.
  • Strongly result-oriented. Able to deliver the high growth target.
  • Are data and performance-oriented, and optimize your approach for conversion flows and CAC.
  • Understand that making people engage with your brand is 50% empathy and 50% process - and you effectively can bring both to the table
  • Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum s innovative approach.
  • Enjoy working in a rapidly growing team in one of the most dynamic environments.
