Job Description
- Administrative Support for Projects, including:
- Support Managers, Project Manager, Engineers and overall team members on Project Coordination
- Key-in, filing of incoming/outgoing documents, relevant document/report preparation and issuing of outgoing letters
- Project management, time management, Tracy Management follow up and track documents regarding Rail projects
- Translation
- Prepare monthly reports, ppt, review report format, attend meeting and prepare meeting minutes
- Preparation of certificates where needed, issue invoices, deliver deliverables
- Support activities, including Seminar, Workshop, Training, Meeting related affairs
- Assist Administration affairs, including travel arrangement, purchase stationery, etc.
- Assist in departmental administration work including but not limited to: tender preparation, update/maintain SAP, update/maintain project references and CVs regularly, Request for Imprint of Company Stamps, invoicing ... etc.
- Any other business assigned by supervisors
- Support managers to collect business information.
- Support managers to prepare quotation, contract and MOU
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: university degree
- Good ability in computer skill, Familiar with MS-Office application, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good command of English in written and oral skills
- Pro-active, optimistic personality, creative, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, independent orientation, team spirit, ability to work in cross-teams
- Familiar with the government submission procedures is a plus.
