We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Assistant WPB Insurance Manager.
Principal responsibilities:- Work collaboratively internally with key business stakeholders on business planning, management and reporting
- Support in insurance business plan and strategies and act as the champion for insurance initiatives for branch channel to drive insurance business goals
- Develop and execute insurance channel initiatives to drive insurance business goals
- Drive sales boosters and sales engagement initiatives to draw sales focus and build internal awareness for insurance business
- Facilitate a smooth and effective communication with sales channels by coordinating regular collaboration meetings/ discussions
- Support presentations/ briefings to sales teams and insurance teams, with tailormade message formulations to different groups of audiences
- Assist the team in handling inquiries from channel regarding insurance initiatives
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related discipline Minimum 2 years of working experience with exposure to banking/ insurance industry Knowledge of insurance product is highly preferred Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure Well versed in MS Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint Proficiency in both English and Chinese Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
