Job Description

PM Responsibilities

  • Manage payment service (Apple pay, Samsung pay, Line Pay, JKO Pay, and Utility payment)
  • Manage Platform payment NCCC / and FISC and , includes monthly credit-ad review and manage merchant go live
  • Manage mobile payment token platform of MDES/VTS and conduct LV testing
  • Expense control of payment and accrual
  • Handle payment service customer compliant case and resolve the issue
  • Handle FSC and audit review

Tactical Projects

  • Customer journey enhancement & cross function projects. ex F status issue
  • PX Pay transition to onus merchant project, including new downstream process
  • NCCC/FISC platform of payment and OTP/mobile number authentication enhancements. ex App
  • Resolve binding issues, including raise UR / DOA/ initiate& review UAT testing/provide signoff and payments
