Job Description

KICKS CREW

Launched in January 2021, KICKS CREW is a leading global platform for authentic athletic footwear and sportswear. While the industry is hunger-marketing and scarcity driven, our mission is to democratize sneaker culture, making it inclusive and accessible to all consumers.

With world class investor backing (Gobi Partners, AEF and Pacific Century Group), we have been scaling our team with the best talent. In October 2022 KICKS CREW also announced a partnership with 6X NBA Super star Damian Lillard as an investor and first CREW athlete.

Role

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and talent development
  • Guide the leadership team in the development and implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with company vision and goals
  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all locations, enhance employer branding and candidate experience
  • Implement employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms to ensure a high-performance environment
  • Develop and manage performance review systems that align with company objectives
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters
  • Create and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Establish leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders
  • Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all operating regions
  • Streamline People Operations processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts

About you

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in startup companies is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in HK, TW, and the US
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
