Your key responsibilities

• The regional MRS 3PM Manager operates in a highly competitive and fast paced and relatively mature markets. A key element of success will be the ability to counter this trend by emphasizing our differentiation on quality, market and product knowledge, as well as service offering.
• In this competitive environment, selecting and developing partnerships with the right 3PM partners is of critical importance.
• The Regional 3PM Manager is responsible for the overall risk & value management of the regional 3PM base.
• The Regional 3PM Manager is responsible for 3PM budget, contracts, quality and compliance, performance review, mid-term development and alternative manufacturers/tollers for the assigned 3PM activities.
• Assure the selection of Contract Manufacturers/Tollers such that required capacity and flexibility is available to meet demand.
• Assure the Review of Quality Management Systems at Contract Manufacturers/Tollers in order to ensure that all products that are released are safe, comply to specification, meet applicable legislation and comply with HNC QA standards and requirements
• Assure definition, monitoring and committing to targets on budget, costs, yield and quality.

You bring

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Requires knowledge of contract manufacturing/tolling landscape in the region.
• Requires influencing, negotiation/commercial and ability to work (if needed lead) in a multi disciplinary team.
• Experience in Food Industry.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing/supply chain/tolling or purchasing.
