Author Governance Strategy Product Expert - Douyin E-commerce

1. Responsible for the content/author governance product work of Douyin e-commerce, and ensure the health of the e-commerce content ecology through strategy mechanisms, algorithm models and other means 2. Combine business feedback and user experience to improve product solutions, including but not limited to the design of abstract product business modules, the design and implementation of governance product strategies 3. In-depth understanding of platform governance strategies and e-commerce business knowledge, abstract and implement corresponding product solutions 4. Promote internal communication, collaborate with business teams, algorithms, and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork and collaboration between different products.

1. About 5 years of working experience as a strategic product manager, with author governance experience preferred 2. Excellent teamwork, communication, coordination, and self-driving abilities, able to efficiently promote project implementation 3. Possess excellent data analysis capabilities and goal-driven drive, able to discover, improve, and perfect product needs with data-driven capabilities 4. Excellent logical thinking ability, teamwork, communication, and self-driving abilities 5. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, strong self-drive, result-oriented, and responsible for results.
