B-end Product Operation Leader

1. Responsible for the product operation team management of the ToB platform, with the goal of improving the platform's usability, user experience, and process efficiency, responsible for the self-service/automation construction and promotion of the business platform, and responsible for achieving the platform's product self-service/automation goals 2. Responsible for project communication and conversion based on customer needs, output platform optimization solutions, and coordinate resource implementation 3. Formulate and coordinate product promotion plans, pay attention to overall operation data, user research and feedback, conduct regular user training and answer questions, etc.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of product operation experience, experience in IT/cloud computing/Internet-related ToB platform operation, and agile project management experience are preferred 2. Experience in operating internal business platforms (such as product management system/sales management system/customer relationship management system/project management system, etc.) is preferred 3. Strong learning ability, self-drive and good teamwork awareness, excellent internal and external communication and collaboration skills and resource integration capabilities, can effectively participate in and promote the application of the platform 4. Strong logical thinking ability, strong thinking framework, cheerful personality, and proactive work.
