Responsibilities
1. Build and optimize Signals various products, build innovative solutions for international short videos, and integrate tripartite partnerships to handle signal integration, management and insights 2. Develop and maintain various management and supervision products based on privacy compliance, with the goal of building enhanced trust with advertisers and users, and handle functions and iterations related to privacy compliance 3. Design, build and maintain a scalable and scalable technical foundation to manage data collection, data quality, and improve data understanding capabilities 4. Work with cross-functional teams (including products, data scientists, user experience, compliance, etc.) to continuously improve measurement capabilities 5. Independently promote projects to ensure efficient and high-quality project implementation and process management, and be able to respond to urgent business needs 6. Continue to explore and try the latest technologies and design corresponding product strategies to respond to the continuous changes in privacy, regulations, policies, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science, computer engineering or related technical fields, with 5 years of back-end R&D work experience 2. Have a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, and be proficient in at least one programming language, including but not limited to Go, C++, JavaScript, Java 3. Have relevant experience in product R&D design patterns, and be able to independently complete the cooperation, design, and development of related product projects 4. Excellent communication, teamwork skills, good stress resistance, and a strong sense of responsibility 5. Curious about new technologies and solutions, and excellent analysis and problem-solving skills. Bonus points: 1. Relevant work experience in the advertising field 2. Relevant experience in Signals, metrics, etc., such as Pixel, SKAN, MMP, privacy technology, etc. 3. Priority will be given to those who have relevant experience in privacy compliance maintenance and management in the advertising industry, such as GDPR, CCPA, DSA, Personalization Ads Control, etc.
