Backend Architect - Feishu Low Code Business

Team Introduction: We are the aPaaS team of ByteDance, committed to building the industry's top aPaaS platform to accelerate the digitalization of enterprises. aPaaS will redefine the software development paradigm in combination with the latest technology trends and support a new generation of enterprise applications. 1. Build the industry's top aPaaS platform as the underlying engine of enterprise applications 2. Be able to grasp the architectural design of a sub-direction, develop core code or solve difficult problems 3. Be able to set key technical indicators for the team and promote implementation 4. Participate in the formulation of solutions to promote product implementation and PMF.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, software related majors, 5 years or more of back-end R&D work experience 2. Have solid programming skills and coding habits, and can write core code 3. Familiar with common technologies for back-end R&D, including but not limited to: storage, caching, RPC, MQ, microservices, etc. 4. Good team communication and collaboration skills, responsible, self-driven and continuous learning 5. Be technically forward-looking, familiar with industry development trends, and insightful 6. Those with experience in service and process orchestration, zero-code/low-code platform, and enterprise-level application architecture design are preferred.
