Backend Development Engineer - Douyin Live

1. Responsible for the design, development and operation and maintenance iteration of the core basic services of Douyin Live, and create large-scale platform-level products 2. Participate in the business demand analysis of industry star products, and respond to the challenges of the continuous evolution of the online system architecture with hundreds of millions of daily active users 3. Improve system performance and stability through cutting-edge technical means, ensure high availability of services, continuously improve user experience, and promote rapid business development.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication and other related majors are preferred 2. Deep understanding of computer principles, familiar with common data structures and algorithms, excellent design ability and code taste, love programming 3. Proficient in 1 to 2 languages such as C/C++/Go/Python/Shell/PHP/Java under Linux environment 4. Deep understanding of distributed system architecture design ideas, including but not limited to service-oriented, asynchronous, high availability, scalability, etc. 5. Experience in distributed system architecture is preferred 6. Have good team communication and collaboration skills, optimistic and sunny, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
