Responsibilities
Team Introduction: We are the aPaaS team of ByteDance, committed to building the aPaaS platform to accelerate the digitalization of enterprises. aPaaS will redefine the software development paradigm in combination with the latest technology trends and support a new generation of enterprise applications. 1. Platform development and maintenance: responsible for the development of the core functions of the low-code platform, including design, coding, testing and documentation 2. Business growth strategy: work closely with the business team to understand market needs, develop and implement growth strategies 3. User experience optimization: continuously optimize the user experience and interaction design of the platform through data analysis and user feedback 4. Technology research and innovation: track the latest low-code development technologies and trends, explore and implement new technologies to improve platform performance 5. Cross-departmental collaboration: work with sales, marketing, customer support and other departments to ensure that the product is consistent with the company's overall strategy.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related fields at least 3 years of business development, with extra points for work experience in the low-code field 2. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C++, Go, Java, Python, etc. 3. Have good back-end technical capabilities, be proficient in using various middleware, understand core implementation details, be able to appropriately select components and design a maintainable and highly stable architecture 4. Good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with team members and non-technical personnel.
