Join us, you will be exposed to core business scenarios including user growth, social networking, live broadcasting, e-commerce C-end, content creation, content consumption, etc., to support the rapid development of products in the global track you will also be exposed to technical challenges in service architecture, basic technology and other directions, to ensure that the business continues to serve users with high quality, high efficiency and security at the same time, you can also provide comprehensive technical solutions for different business scenarios, optimize various product indicators and user experience. Here, the team is professional and pure, and the cooperative atmosphere is equal and relaxed. Currently, multiple positions are open in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. 1. Responsible for the back-end R&D work related to TikTok's local life governance, complete the architecture design and development of various systems, and support the rapid iteration of the business 2. Reasonably disassemble and implement product requirements of different cycles and urgency 3. Write technical documents and design solutions for related products 4. Deeply understand the life service business, explore business pain points and implement them in the system.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with at least one language such as Java/Golang/Python/C++, and those with experience in Java and Golang are preferred 2. Familiar with common Internet technologies, including but not limited to Linux systems and principles, MySQL, RPC, MQ, caching technology, microservice architecture, etc. 3. Have good coding and documentation habits, pay attention to code style, be familiar with basic design patterns and principles, and be able to continuously pay attention to and optimize the projects you do 4. Be positive and optimistic, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have a good sense of service and communication and collaboration skills.
