Participate in the server-side R&D work of TikTok open platform and establish capabilities and systems that meet industry standards 2. Be responsible for the design, development and tuning of the server-side system architecture, cope with complex system application scenarios, and continuously improve system reliability, scalability and maintainability 3. Ensure the security of the open ecosystem, connect native ecosystem developers through technical capability output, and establish a safe, powerful and rich open ecosystem 4. Use technology to drive product innovation, optimize customer experience and enhance system value.
Qualifications
1. 1 year or more of experience in server-side development good business understanding and abstraction ability 2. Proficient in basic data structures and algorithms, and good coding habits 3. Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems, and able to independently complete system design and development 4. Proficient in Golang/Java/Python common frameworks, and in-depth understanding of the features provided by the framework and the details of its implementation principles 5. Familiar with distributed systems, proficient in relational and non-relational databases, proficient in one or more service frameworks and message middleware, and understand their respective Implementation principles and usage scenarios 6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive and growth mindset.
