Backend Development Leader - Feishu Business Application

1. Responsible for the establishment and management of the company's enterprise-level product backend R&D team. The backend development language is mainly Java 2. Responsible for the team's R&D process planning and optimization, and continuously improve delivery capabilities 3. Participate in business demand discussions, review product designs, drive the R&D team to complete product delivery on time and with high quality, and be responsible for product quality and R&D efficiency.

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors, more than 5 years of R&D experience 2. More than 2 years of team management experience, able to build an excellent team with rapid progress, and those with cross-regional management experience are preferred 3. Good product awareness, focus on data, and willing to take product effects as the most important driving factor for work 4. Strong learning and abstract ability, strong desire for knowledge, curiosity and enterprising spirit, and can pay attention to and learn the latest technology in the industry in a timely manner 5.
