Backend Platform R&D Engineer - Feishu Architecture

1. Build a systematic Feishu privatization platform to support Feishu On-Premise business, and design and implement a complete platform system around product lifecycle management, efficient delivery and operation and maintenance, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, stability assurance and other propositions 2. Carry out accurate and appropriate high-level abstraction and domain modeling for business scenarios and practical problems to guide platform construction 3. Refer to industry experience and combine the unique practice of Feishu privatization to build platform capabilities such as product management, customer management, automated delivery platform, local operation and maintenance platform, and remote operation and maintenance center 4. Based on the platform, collaborate with relevant teams to build a privatization full life cycle process and system to support business operations in a standardized, efficient and lasting manner.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer related major 2. Solid basic knowledge of computer software and engineering ability, familiar with one or more programming languages, such as Python/Go/Java/C++, etc. 3. Systematic and structured thinking and problem-solving ability, efficient execution ability, good communication skills and sense of ownership 4. Product thinking, good abstract modeling, data structure, system design ability, project management ability is preferred
