Backend R&D Engineer (Junior/Intermediate/Senior) - Beijing

1. Responsible for the construction of Volcano Engine platform business, including technical research, architecture design and system implementation 2. Build an industry-leading ToB platform, including but not limited to: account, authority, transaction payment, operation system and other business platforms 3. Analyze and solve system performance problems, and improve system stability, scalability and extensibility 4. Participate in the construction of key technologies of the team, formulate medium- and long-term technical plans based on business plans and system status and implement them.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, mathematics and other related majors 2. Proficient in 1 to 2 languages such as Go/Python/Java/C/C++, with good programming habits and logical thinking 3. Solid basic computer knowledge, including but not limited to computer networks, operating systems, design patterns, data structures and algorithms 4. Have a certain understanding and experience in using common middleware (including but not limited to storage, caching, message queues, big data) 5. Have strong ability to discover and solve problems independently, with a high degree of technical enthusiasm and sense of responsibility 6. Have good communication, teamwork, promotion and implementation skills.
