Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the engineering design and R&D work of the e-commerce algorithm service end, and conduct business abstraction, technical solution design and implementation 2. Lead the algorithm engineering, create an efficient tool chain, respond and solve problems quickly, and continuously break through the effect bottleneck 3. Lead the team to accumulate scenario-based algorithm capabilities, support the rapid implementation of products, deeply understand the business, and explore new opportunities.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of R&D experience, bachelor degree or above, major in computer, automation, communication and other related majors 2. Have solid programming skills, master back-end programming languages such as Golang/Java/Python, and have good code specifications 3. Have a deep understanding of computer principles, have a good foundation in data structure and algorithm, and be able to solve efficiency problems through algorithms 4. Be familiar with common basic components such as distributed systems, cache, MySQL, and master common performance optimization techniques 5. Be familiar with big data development processes, master offline data and real-time data development processes such as Hive/Clickhouse/Doris/Flink, and have data products such as AB experimental platforms, business indicator dashboards, and real-time data warehouses 6. Good design ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and project control ability, strong sense of responsibility, and pursuit of excellence sensitive to business, able to quickly understand business background, have excellent ability to combine technology and business, and have good demand abstraction ability and architecture ability.
