Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute technology roadmap and feature definition.
2. Familiar with semiconductor market trends and identify opportunities.
3. Engage with customers and develop business plans.
4. Advise management team on market potential, strategies, and customer positioning.
Job Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above in EE, Physics or Material Science/Engineering.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology development, IC design, process integration or product engineering.
3. Experience in Memory controller IC, DRAM or HBM industry is essential; familiarity with FinFET process is highly desirable.
4. Ability to analyze and interpret market and customer information for strategy development.
5. Ability to effectively work and collaborate with multiple organizations.
6. Fluent in both verbal and written communication in English.
