Big Model Algorithm Engineer - Data

1. Responsible for implementing advanced industry and academic algorithms on the recommendation platform, and serving the business through productization 2. Responsible for fine-tuning large models, such as SFT, RLHF, etc., to optimize in specific scenarios and improve model performance 3. Responsible for combining large model technology with Ranking technology to solve problems such as content sorting, recommendation, and search 4. Responsible for the productization of machine learning systems, and create a public cloud machine learning platform that is friendly to algorithm engineers and has a first-class experience.

1. Familiar with at least one mainstream machine learning framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch or other self-developed framework) 2. Have experience in search/recommendation, and be familiar with search recall, coarse ranking, and fine ranking algorithms 3. Familiar with large model-related technologies, and those with practical experience in large models such as SFT and RLHF are preferred 4. Familiar with the Linux development environment, have a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures, and be proficient in C++ and Python 5. Good problem-solving skills, teamwork awareness and communication skills, and those with practical experience in relevant business scenarios are preferred.
