Responsibility
1. Responsible for the construction and optimization of the Zhimeng AI creation agent, dominate the full-link engineering system architecture and data modeling, use PE/SFT/RL/RAG and other technologies to tune the Agent effect, improve the upper limit of the creative agent's capabilities, accumulate field knowledge data, and build an industry-leading creative agent 2. Explore the industry's cutting-edge LLMOps, picture/audio/video multi-modal understanding, and continuously optimize the Agent effect and performance.
Qualifications
1. Mathematics, computers, control science, software engineering, artificial intelligence and other related disciplines, master's degree or above 2. Familiar with the basic knowledge of large models, and basic knowledge of training or reasoning related to large language models 3. Familiar with the fine-tuning methods of LLM, have SFT/RL related experience, and have in-depth understanding of related algorithms 4. Solid Python or C++ programming skills, experience in complex engineering architecture, and understand the technology stack of large model training and reasoning 5. Be enthusiastic about technology, pay attention to the latest research and papers of large models, and are interested in the application of large models 6. Have the ability to solve problems independently, have good technical communication and collaboration skills, and are willing to promote the solution of problems in the project.
