Big Model Effect Strategy Product Manager

1. Responsible for the product work of the entire life cycle of big model effects 2. Effect standard formulation, based on business scenario research and corpus analysis, define the ideal effect under specific business scenarios 3. Corpus definition and production, based on effect issues, define high-quality model corpus, and collaborate with the annotation team to deliver annotation results 4. Evaluation system design and evaluation result delivery, build a systematic, scientific and complete evaluation system, and deliver stable and reliable evaluation conclusions.

1. 3-5 years of work experience as an AI technical product manager, with a strong passion for model technology applications 2. Have a certain understanding of large model technologies such as pre-trained language models, fine-tuning, PE, RAG, etc. 3. Have a good understanding and cognition of users, and be able to perform corpus analysis and effect evaluation from the user's perspective 4. Have certain planning and promotion capabilities, self-motivation, have their own thoughts on industry development, have a relatively broad technical vision and strong technical foresight 5. Have clear logic, be able to see the essence through phenomena, think and solve problems systematically, and be able to coordinate complex businesses globally.
