Responsibilities
1. Participate in the formulation and execution of big model and machine learning platform product operation actions, including user oncall, user interviews, product document maintenance, etc., to enhance product brand and reputation 2. Through operation actions, assist product and R&D teams to locate user needs and product problems, provide valuable suggestions for product optimization, promote product iteration and upgrade, and improve user satisfaction 3. Based on the needs of internal business teams and external customers, quickly abstract platform product functions, work closely with cooperation teams (products, product solutions, sales, marketing, legal affairs, compliance, etc.), formulate relevant plans and coordinate implementation 4. Monitor product effects and dynamics in multiple dimensions, pay attention to user feedback and product development trends, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, artificial intelligence or related professional background is preferred 2. More than 5 years of Internet operation experience, with platform operation, user growth, large model service platform product operation and other backgrounds are preferred 3. Be sensitive to new technologies and market trends, be familiar with the progress in the field of artificial intelligence, have a certain understanding and interest in technology, pay attention to industry trends, have keen market insight, and be able to provide valuable suggestions 4. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to collaborate with multiple departments to promote project progress.
