Team Introduction: ByteDance Doubao Big Model Team was established in 2023 and is committed to developing the industry's most advanced AI big model technology, becoming a world-class research team, and contributing to the development of science and technology and society. The Doubao Big Model Team has a long-term vision and determination in the field of AI. Its research directions cover NLP, CV, voice, etc. It has laboratories and research positions in China, Singapore, the United States and other places. Relying on the platform's abundant data, computing and other resources, the team continues to invest in related fields and has launched a self-developed general large model to provide multimodal capabilities. The downstream supports more than 50 businesses such as Doubao, Kouzi, and Jimeng, and is open to corporate customers through the Volcano Engine. At present, Doubao APP has become the AIGC application with the largest number of users in the Chinese market. 1. Responsible for the development of ByteDance's machine learning platform, supporting the algorithm production and efficient iteration of the company's related businesses 2. Design and implement machine learning-related infrastructure, frameworks, tool chains, etc., and promote their implementation in the business 3. Explore the industry's cutting-edge machine learning-related technologies, continuously improve platform capabilities, and reduce the cost of using algorithms.
Qualifications
1. Basic understanding and knowledge of language big models, multimodal big models, intelligent agent technology and the deployment process of big models 2. Proficient Python/Go language programming skills and good programming habits and code management capabilities 3. Participate in the development and optimization of automatic evaluation technology for big models to improve the usability and performance of the model 4. Familiar with basic server-side technologies, including but not limited to HDFS, Ray, message queues, etc., and be able to efficiently develop and maintain back-end services 5. Understand and be able to use common deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch and vLLM to perform model reasoning and deployment 6. Good communication skills are required to be able to communicate effectively with the business team, understand business needs, and convert them into technical implementations.
