Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning and coordination of the brand project of Douyin Life Service Platform, formulate brand marketing and communication plans, and coordinate the implementation of multiple internal and external teams 2. With user and business perspectives, able to explore user insights around the core mind of the brand, combine different scenarios and business needs of life services, plan and implement major online and offline brand events that affect the minds of users, integrate resources from multiple parties, and expand the influence of Douyin Life Service on the user side 3. Use a variety of market means to coordinate product, operation, and strategic tracking to achieve relevant business product effect growth indicators.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of brand marketing and communication related work experience, experience in life service industry is preferred 2. High sensitivity to user insight and hot trends, can explore growth scenarios and marketing opportunities, write integrated marketing plans with clear logic and deep insights, disassemble goals and transform them into key marketing means 3. Have experience in brand, creativity, and communication of excellent project cases, can complete marketing project planning and promotion, create project highlights, and precipitate replicable models 4. Goal-oriented, strong self-drive, resilience, have the ability to think independently and solve complex problems, and coordinate resources from all parties to maximize project value.
