This position is for a 6- months fixed term employee, which mean the contract only lasts for 6 months.
- Provide compliance advice to BUs in Taiwan related to regulations, enquiries and issues.
- Interface with regulators and external auditors. Handle regulatory enquiries, audits, regulatory reporting.
- Identify compliance risks, and perform further assessment, monitoring and reporting.
- Perform due diligence in respect of new project, products and businesses.
- Be responsible for compliance monitoring & surveillance, control & testing and compliance oversight program related matters
- Prepare Compliance training schedule and materials and conduct training
- Prepare and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Support Country MLRO to perform all functions relating to GFCC, including but not limited to training, risk assessment, regulatory reporting, etc.
