The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.
Responsibilities
- Perform CRM data analysis to evaluate sales pipeline efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze operational performance metrics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Integrate data from various sources (App, web, console, third-party tools) and collaborate with departments (PM, Marketing, R&D) to ensure accurate and meaningful analysis results.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to efficiently collect, process, and transform raw data into actionable analytical reports.
- Conduct comprehensive market and industry analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Work with stakeholders to ensure analyses align with organizational goals and support long-term planning.
- Proactively seek out and tackle new challenges to contribute to team success and foster continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or business analysis.
- Fluent English speaker and good communication skills.
- Strong interest or relevant experience in the software/App industry.
- Ability to transform business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen eye for numbers and details.
- Optimistic, proactive, self-disciplined, and possesses excellent communication and coordination abilities.
