This Solution Analyst role is responsible for contributing to Business Analysis and Technical Support to IT Projects.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Business analysis with communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Design and development of various types of interfaces like Rest API, MQ, batch file interfaces etc using Java programming.
- Handling legacy systems and on-prem application hosting & maintenance
- Oracle PLSQL (Hands-on experience is required )
Qualifications / Experience
- 5-7 Years Experience
- Bilingual with Cantonese (Must) and English capability
- Education Qualification in relevant discipline
- Tertiary qualifications are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing user expectations
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
- Airline Domain Knowledge Preferable
