- Perform project management within the private banking and wealth management sector.
- Strong testing experience including test planning, execution, evidencing and coordination.
- Identify technical gap and to advise product owner and business leader on technical solution.
- Build and maintain clear user story journey for each customer engagement and lead discovery activities to gather, define, and document business requirements.
- Apply and promote design thinking and agile/scrum practices in the day-to-day management of projects.
- Work with senior management on project status and updates.
About you:
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in banking and finance, management consulting is a plus.
- Analytical thinker as well as a solution provider with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to think outside the box and provide innovative and strategic perspectives.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
