Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the business in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are business manager.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility.
- Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility.
- Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
Qualifications For The Role
- Finance, international trade and business administration related fields.
- Commercial contract review, and accounting with ERP knowledge.
- Systems skills: Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP-FI CO, SD and PS.
