About the Role & Responsibilities

Business development for key-account customers from US, Europe, Japan, etc., covering cross-BU all product lines.

• Directly engage and develop new business in selected territories.
• Support and collaborate with responsible channels to achieve revenue growth and sales targets in selected territories.
• Support and collaborating with marketing team to develop, execute and monitor all marketing programs for leads generation and opportunity closing.
• Independently handle leads and close orders via any possible channel for business opportunities.

Qualifications

Education details: Bachelor's degree or higher

Required Skills

• +10 years sales/BD related experiences in automotive electronic industry.
• +10 years international sales/BD experiences.
• Familiar with International market and culture.
• Excellent English communication, writing, and reading skills are essential.
• Having proficiency in languages such as Japanese, German, and others can be a bonus.
