Description
Actively explore new business opportunities and achieve annual business indicators;
Develop new business resources and do secondary development on existing clients;
Responsible for daily communication and visit to clients; design, introduce and explain employee benefits insurance plan for target clients.
Maintain the current business scale and existing clients, provide daily insurance brokerage services, and be responsible for answering questions and daily consulting.
Actively assist in claims, renewal and other procedures, monitor the progress of claims, timely deal with issues such as information changes and claims disputes.
Following the business process normalization, complete relevant operational management work to ensure the integrity of business process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Finance, Insurance or English.
5 years experience in group insurance business development or employee benefits program.
Knowledge of insurance and marketing, excellent ability of learning and problem solving.
Familiar with MS Office, possess good written communication skills.
Strong ability to work under pressure, good skills in communicating, coordinating and problems solving.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
