Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales strategy/plan to ensure the achievement of the annual sales target & market share expansion.
- Be responsible for achieving the sales target and key business index: sales volume, product mix, growth, and account receivable cage in the assigned service territory.
- Provide consulting regarding products/services to fulfill the needs of customers. Work with the relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive technical solutions for customers.
- Collect & analyze product/market information & provide reference/suggestion to the PMM.
- Maintain customer relations, provide necessary daily support & solve problems where applicable.
- Co-work with other internal stakeholders to ensure timely order delivery to maximize sales.
- Manage sales quotes, commercial agreements, and other contractual-related activities.
- Ensure the accuracy of the sales forecasting data.
- Be accountable for data entry into the CRM to track business opportunities and sales performance through personal/team communication.
- Develop qualified CPs to cover market distribution in responsible sales territory and develop partnerships to achieve sustainable success. Mainly responsible for managing and helping CPs to work out monthly sell-through policy, monitor CPs stock management, market explore, service improvement, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
- Ten (10) or more years of progressive sales and/or sales management experience in the Petrochemical /Chemical and Semiconductor industry Is a must.
- 5-8 years Semiconductor industry experience required, petrochemical/chemical is a plus
