Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Business Head to lead our Industrial Display Business Unit. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and market leadership of Advantech Display. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to establish Advantech Display as the market leader in the industrial display sector.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Drive innovation and the development of cutting-edge display solutions that meet the evolving demands of industrial applications.
2. Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Industrial Display Business Unit, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
- Manage and optimize the supply chain, production processes, and quality control to deliver high-quality products.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
3. Financial Performance
- Develop and manage the business unit's budget, P&L, and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved financial performance.
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to drive business success.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Align the team's goals and activities with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

5. Customer and Market Focus

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industrial display or related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
