Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the integrated marketing strategy of local advertising, create integrated marketing projects based on business needs and marketing nodes, coordinate project goal setting, event planning, offline event execution, delivery and budget management, and enhance business influence and product penetration 2. In-depth understanding of target customers business scenario needs and pain points, refine product positioning and packaging value points, transform product information into customer-oriented communication language, and promote and launch product functions & iterations 3. In-depth research on local typical industries, output industry in-depth content and solutions and other customer material packaging, and help the business increase advertising consumption through market actions 4. Content planning and operation of official platforms such as Douyin.
Qualifications
1. Experience in brand/product market work, familiar with the promotion and operation of commercial brands and products, successful experience in independently coordinating and integrating marketing projects and offline activities, and experience in Internet commercial brand/product related projects is preferred 2. Have excellent product strategy and resource integration and externalization capabilities, and can produce feasible implementation plans 3. Have strong sensitivity and judgment on content, be good at collecting and analyzing industry marketing trends, and pay attention to social hot spots/node topics 4. Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand product capabilities, and have good creativity and copywriting skills, convert product language into market language, and control the tone of communication 5. Strong communication skills, good at cross-team cooperation self-driven, quick response, and strong execution.
