Business Risk Management Manager.
Principal responsibilities- Support the Head of Business Risk Management to maintain a robust business risk and control framework to enable oversight, control and monitoring for Private Banking and Trustee and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, Group and bank policies and control
- Develop reports on key risk indicators, risk events, and risk exposures, identify areas for improvement and recommendations for enhancing control, while balancing the work efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist the Control Owner in all non-financial risk, regulatory, audit and assurance review related matters.
- Implement policies and control procedures to ensure the business activities (incl sales quality of I&I, FCR/I&I/FATCA/CRS compliance, information security) are complied with regulatory and Group requirements.
- Manage and assist in projects and audit review, and follow up with the effective implementation of procedures and control
- Promote staff knowledge and awareness on compliance and conduct culture within the business and provide advisory support and training to frontline.
Requirements:
University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of private banking experience, with at least 3 years in risk management Strong knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements Excellent written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Good influencing and problem solving skills and the ability to drive a diverse group including internal and external partners Committed, self-motivated and action-oriented personality with strong ownership
