1. Bachelor degree or above, with bonus points for finance/finance/management/statistics/mathematics and other related majors 2. More than 3 years of operational work experience, with bonus points for experience in Internet strategy/tactic analysis and operation, agent/service provider operation, and the ability to simplify complex problems and identify the essence of problems 3.
