Buyer

As a Buyer, you are a key part of the Operations team within the Global Supply Chain team. Based out of our Taiwan office, a key part of your role is to manage inventory planning and supplier delivery schedules in order to meet customer demand. This will require managing supplier purchase orders/delivery schedules, product costs, supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory levels.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Logistics or related field.
• At least 5 years purchasing/supply chain experience.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.), (MRP and DDMRP) related to procurement; you understand supplier capacity planning and how to build a material delivery schedule based on customer order and inventory stocking level requirements.
• Knowledge of CM/ODM/OEM/COTS, price negotiations, and purchase order creation and management
• Experience and knowledge with computer hardware manufacturing
• Professional Proficiency level of English

• You Report risks and communicates escalations to management
• You Manage key supplier accounts and execute on the DDMRP methodology through execution of purchase orders, and on time delivery support

The salary range for this role is $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 TWD annually. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
