About The Role
Campaign Analyst is at the core of Appier CrossX solution. For every business opportunity agreed, every new ad solution or market entered, every campaign completed, it is Campaign Analyst that enables business to flow.

Responsibilities
- Be the key driver of the growth of the assigned business scope, co-work with key stakeholders to achieve company targets
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of CrossX campaigns
- Ensure and optimize campaign implementation process and best practice that leads to the CrossX's success
- Recruit, develop and support talent for the success of the Campaign Analyst team
About You
[Must-have]
- 2+ years of experience in people management of >3 people
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising
- Demonstrated growth and leadership experience with a proven record.
- Stakeholder management experience including managing multiple partners simultaneously
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to write, speak and present fluently
- Ability to navigate and deliver results in a highly matrix environment
- Result-driven mindset, proven achievement of revenue and/or P&L responsibility
[Preferred]
- Experience in common data analysis tools, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- 2+ years of work experience in Advertising, Marketing, Operations, and/or Analytics
- Demonstrated problem-solving experience with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.
- Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate
- Programmatic experience plus
