1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of game planning experience 2. Have mature system or activity design experience, and can independently complete the design of complex systems 3. Have numerical tuning ability and understand the user psychology of numerical casual games 4. Have good logical thinking, strong analytical ability, and good at summarizing 5.
