Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the marketing of the consumer goods industry, including mobile phones, digital products, home appliances, home furnishings, etc., formulate annual marketing plans and calendars, plan category marketing activities to build the mindset of industry consumers and drive category growth including but not limited to integrating demand , program planning, commercial cooperation, resource implementation, project execution and activity sedimentation 2. Based on the global e-commerce ecosystem, conduct scenario mining and design different user strategies and activity planning, including but not limited to: activity risk control, emergency response, target management and process data optimization 3. Combine market/business insights and Douyin ecosystem, closely follow social hot spots and cultural trends, quickly respond to and plan content hot spots, content implantation or production, theme-based marketing events and implementation dig out highlights and package them for the industry and platform tone, and accumulate 4. Starting from e-commerce marketing business, combined with operational business logic, manage target tasks and budget rules, and calculate, track, and review task goals and budgets Diagnose and produce feasible strategic recommendations to support the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
1. Have relevant experience in the large durable consumer goods industry, including mobile phones, digital products, home appliances, home furnishing and home furnishing sub-industries, including but not limited to platform experience 1. More than 5 years of marketing experience, with basic marketing skills, including but not limited to creativity, planning, print/TVC shooting and production, offline activities, social media, 2B communication and other marketing skills. Have knowledge or understanding of various aspects related to marketing, have a global perspective and execution capabilities, and have successful cases 3. Have data sensitivity and certain analytical skills, can understand the digital indicator requirements of the marketing side of the e-commerce platform, and can use simple data dashboards 4. Good communication interface, strong internal and external collaboration capabilities, and better brand cooperation and collaboration experience with the platform 5. Stable core, resilient and long-term work, good learning and Adaptability.
