Responsibilities
1. Formulate crowd marketing strategies: conduct in-depth research on target groups, analyze market trends, and formulate effective marketing strategies 2. Event planning and execution: be able to independently complete crowd-based event planning and implementation, promote the iteration of operation methods, monitor event results, collect user feedback and continuously optimize event plans 3. Product/tool development: independently generate product/tool requirements, collaborate with product and R&D teams to promote tool development and implementation, and continuously monitor and optimize tool performance to improve the effectiveness of crowd marketing 4. Social scenario exploration and utilization: identify users social scenarios, explore ways to attract new users and activate new users through social media, and develop social marketing plans, including social media promotion, social event planning, etc. 5. Data analysis and optimization: be good at observing and mining data, and optimize crowd marketing strategies and operational methods.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in crowd marketing, those with experience in parent-child, senior, business, student and other crowd operations are preferred 2. Familiar with life service business, those with experience in catering/takeaway/hotel/store comprehensive and other related industries are preferred 3. Good at observing and mining data, able to clearly define problems and find multiple solutions, with good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit 4. Be resilient, dare to face the challenges of new business/new fields, be able to take the initiative to discover problems and actively promote solutions 5. Be responsible and proactive, willing to deeply understand the business scenario, and be responsible for the business results.
