Channel Operation - Douyin E-commerce

1. Responsible for the operation of the e-commerce channel and the relevant indicators of the channel 2. Understand the business logic behind the channel gameplay, as well as the indicator contribution of the user side and the demand on the supply side. Through gameplay design/product GTM/incentive activities/backend optimization/combination strategy/column construction and other means, build channel mindset, improve merchant supply and GMV contribution, and support the achievement of business goals 3. Effectively organize and collaborate with roles such as product and industry operations, establish special projects and follow up collaboratively when necessary.

1. 3 years or more of e-commerce operation experience, experience in product operation on the investment promotion side and experience in product operation are both acceptable sensitive to data 2. Experience in channel-related operations, with good product thinking and strong data analysis capabilities preferred 3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to independently promote project progress.
