Responsibilities

Use tools such as Compass to analyze agency service indicators and clarify the status quo of agency capabilities , formulate the improvement direction and review it regularly, and precipitate and output classic cases 4. Analyze the existing team structure, human efficiency, etc., give reasonable advice according to the business development plan, organize and implement agent team skill training, ability certification, and improve the agent team combat power.
Qualifications
1, 2 years or above KA sales experience, focus on Internet marketing trends, e-commerce operations, live broadcast, content operations and service providers Management experience is preferred 2. Excellent interpersonal and business negotiation skills, proposal skills and solid sales expertise 3. Excellent business acumen, market insight, efficient execution, and teamwork skills 4.
