Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily management of agents, including but not limited to admission, assessment, withdrawal, risk control, etc., to ensure the daily operation of agents and promote agents to achieve performance goals 2. Understand internal and external business and product dynamics, analyze the operating status of agents and output health reports, including but not limited to goal achievement, customer composition, financial status, revenue share, strategic planning, etc., to promote healthy operation of agents 3. Use tools such as compass to analyze agent service indicators, clarify the current status of agent capabilities, formulate improvement directions and review regularly, and precipitate and output successful cases 4. Analyze the existing team structure, labor efficiency, etc., give reasonable opinions according to the business development plan, organize and implement agent team skills training and capability certification, and improve the combat effectiveness of the agent team.
Qualifications
1. Pay attention to Internet marketing trends, be familiar with the business model of Internet agency companies, and have channel management/company management/KA sales experience first 2. Be familiar with the characteristics and business models of home, real estate, finance, education, communications, and medical and health industries understand advertising products, and be familiar with the placement and operation of information flow advertising products 3. Have excellent interpersonal and business negotiation skills, have proposal capabilities and solid sales expertise 4. Have strong logical thinking, learning ability and sense of purpose be able to clearly disassemble goals and implementation actions, quickly promote project implementation, and achieve goals 5.
