Chat Support Representative

Position : Non-Voice (Bilingual) - CHAT SUPPORT

Shift :7AM-10PM (8hr shift) ; Mon-Sun (5 days a week)

Language : Mandarin (Simplified and traditional) + TOIEC at least 600/English B1-B2

Details :

- To be based in Taiwan, hence we are looking for native Taiwanese for this role

- Can speak Mandarin and English

- Non voice support role, hence their mandarin writing skill will be tested

-Assessment - English translation test, Mandarin and English writing test

-This is a non voice (email) role, job scope can be repetitive in nature

Salary : NTD35,000- NTD43,000
