Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the post-silicon EVB verification, evaluation and testing of ByteDance's self-developed chips, as well as the mass production support of the chips, and be responsible for the post-silicon verification quality results of the chips 2. Lead the post-silicon board-level system-level verification of chips, collaborate efficiently with relevant teams and partners, organize and coordinate various human and material resources, complete EVB board-level demand analysis, verification strategy/scheme/plan formulation, software and hardware verification environment construction, use case design, verification execution, problem location and problem solving, result analysis and evaluation report, etc. 3. Lead the post-silicon Electrical Validation (EV) work of on-chip high-speed interfaces (including but not limited to DDR/LPDDR/HBM/GDDR/PCIe/UCIe/UALink/Serdes/CXL/ETH, etc.), analog/mixed digital modules collaborate efficiently with relevant teams and partners to complete verification strategy/scheme/plan formulation, use case design, verification execution, problem location and problem solving, result analysis and evaluation report, etc. 4. Support the rapid resolution of chip-related issues during chip product introduction and mass production, reduce TTM (Time To Market), reduce TCQ (Total Cost of Quality), and ensure the quality and competitiveness of industry-leading server hardware products.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with the basic architecture and R&D/production process of server SOC understand the basic concepts and typical applications of server SOC such as ISA/uArch, accelerator, bus, storage and IO subsystem, network subsystem, BMC subsystem, RAS, advanced packaging, SI/PI/Thermal, etc. 2. Familiar with typical test items at chip board level and system level such as long-term stability stress test, compatibility test, environmental reliability test, etc. 3. Familiar with common debugging and observation functions of server SOC such as DFT/BIST/DFX/Trace/PMU/JTAG/Debug Subsys 4. Master the protocol standards, IP architecture and basic functions, Electrical Validation methods and standards, and the use of relevant test instruments and equipment (high-speed oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer) of at least one or two typical server SOC high-speed interfaces (DDR/LPDDR/HBM/GDDR/PCIe/UCIe/UALink/Serdes/CXL/ETH, etc.) 5. Familiar with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest, and have strong automated test case/script writing and debugging capabilities 6. Good quality awareness, process awareness, communication and collaboration skills, management and promotion capabilities, logical and systematic thinking, innovation and exploration spirit, self-drive and learning ability.
