We closely work with colleagues in Client Distribution Management, Underwriting, Risk Engineer Service, Operations and Actuary teams. We are proud to deliver our professional customer service to our business partners and clients.
About the Role
. Assist operational claim process according to claim handling guidelines in a professional and timely manner
. Provide claim data entry to a high standard, ensuring correct claim details are accurately captured and securely handled
. Provide excellent customer service to clients and keep close communication with producing/serving office
. Adopting best practice in operational process to meet the standards required by Claims and Group Internal Audit.
. Provide support and assistance on claim financial process when appliable
. Other tasks assigned by claims manager.
About You
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
. Bachelor degree or above
. Fluent written and verbal communication in English
. Ability and willingness to take initiative and implement measures in a goal-oriented manner
. Results orientated with an ability to influence and drive resolution in cross functional teams
. Commitment to, and experience of, working in a team-based environment.
