Responsibilities
1. Responsible for insight and analysis of enterprise communication related products and solutions, provide customers with competitive solutions based on product status and assist in tracking customer business docking, launch and after-sales 2. Have a clear understanding of the status of international SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and other business resources, have a strong sensitivity, and output resource optimization and reasonable allocation solutions for business 3. Responsible for the closed-loop customer operations of target industries such as international SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS, provide customized strategic operation support for customers at different levels, serve key customers in the industry, and help customers grow 4. Have in-depth thinking on products, sales models, price system sales, etc., and formulate reasonable optimization plans for the current form and stage of the product.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in enterprise communication technology services understand the basic business form and product logic of the international communication industry, and have a deeper understanding of 1-2 of them 2. Strong communication skills, the ability to work systematically with surrounding teams and cross-departmental teams, and the ability to break through innovation and seek collaborative resources 3. Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to a high-intensity work environment, have the awareness of actively challenging difficulties, have the ability and willingness to be independent, and can effectively promote the implementation of projects 4. Work experience in relevant enterprise communication service providers is preferred, and those with international study experience or proficient English speaking skills are preferred.
